Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current oversight process.
